Privacy Policy

Hauslio is the controller of personal data processed through the platform, under Brazil's LGPD (Law No. 13,709/2018).

Account data: name, email, and password (encrypted) of registered users.

Operational data you enter: properties, reservations, costs, and contact details of owners and guests.

Usage and technical data: IP address, browser, and pages visited, for security and service improvement.

Data is processed to: provide the contracted service, process payments, send transactional communications (confirmations, billing, statements), provide support, and comply with legal obligations.

We share data only with service providers (processors) strictly necessary for Hauslio to operate:

Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payment processing), and Resend (transactional email).

We do not sell personal data to third parties.

We retain data while your account is active. Financial data is kept under soft deletion, without physical removal, for audit and tax purposes.

You may request at any time: confirmation of processing, access, correction, portability, anonymization, or deletion of your data, and information about who we share your data with.

We use row-level access controls that isolate data between accounts, encryption in transit, and the security best practices of our infrastructure providers.

We use cookies strictly necessary for authentication and preferences (e.g., language). Should we adopt analytics tools in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or an in-app notice.
